Abstract

One of the most important basic criteria in assessing the validity of a point of view is the critical exploration of external epistemological manifestations and the rereading of its fundamental intellectual foundations. The ontological basis is one of the fundamental and worthy bases of exploration in the astonishing field of Quranic language. The present article tries to critically analyze the ontological basis of this point of view by applying precise rational considerations and thus prove the weakness of the astonishing view of the language of the Qur'an. The research method is a documentary and analytical article, and the findings of the research indicate that the ontological basis of the astonishing view of the language of the Qur'an has serious challenges. Regarding the first example, in terms of genealogy, it is similar to the attitude of Karl Barth and Tillich in differentiating between the fields of science and religion and the meta-intellectualism of theology. Second, in terms of ontology, a non-inclusive approach to knowledge of existence is mentioned. Thirdly, from the point of view of methodology, it is caught by the mechanism of incomprehensibility in texts in general and the text of the Quran in particular. In addition, it conflicts with the guiding goals of the revelatory text. Thus, the surprising view of the language of the Qur'an is based on a distorted basis.
