For this reason, the environment is considered one of the foundational factors in the development of moral virtues and human happiness. Conversely, the inherent rational inclination of humans to live ethically requires addressing the impact of philosophical achievements on ethical perspectives. This article uses a descriptive and analytical method to address the question: According to Mulla Sadra's ontological perspective in the discussion of the bodily genesis and spiritual continuance of the soul, does the environment and geography influence the development of practical reason and the moral dimension of humans? If the answer is affirmative, how can this explanation and analysis be carried out? By reviewing his works, it is concluded that Mulla Sadra, with his ontological approach, considers the human soul as the source of morality, and his ontological understanding of the world and humans reflects his distinctive moral achievements. He identifies the earthly realm as the origin of the human soul, which progresses from the mineral level to the plant level and then to the animal soul stage. Therefore, based on the principle of the corporeal origination and eternal spirituality of the soul, geographical factors influence human ethics. In his view, the impact of the environment on ethics is explained through the relationship between the soul and the body and the transformative capacity of the soul from the body. ارتباط نزدیک انسان با محیط و جغرافیای زیستی خویش سبب شده است که این عامل نقشی تعیین‌کننده در شکل‌گیری شخصیت و اخلاق او داشته باشد. به همین دلیل، محیط به ‌عنوان یکی از عوامل زمینه‌ساز کمالات اخلاقی و سعادت انسان محسوب می‌شود. از طرفی، تمایل ذاتی عقلانی انسان به اخلاقی زیستن، نیازمند پرداختن به تأثیر دستاوردهای فلسفی در نگرش‌های اخلاقی است. این مقاله با روش توصیفی و تحلیلی به این مسئله می‌پردازد که: بر اساس دیدگاه هستی‌شناسانه ملاصدرا در مبحث جسمانیه‌الحدوث و روحانیه‌البقاء ، آیا محیط و جغرافیا بر شکل‌گیری عقل عملی و بُعد اخلاقی انسان تأثیرگذار است؟ و اگر پاسخ مثبت است، این تبیین و تحلیل چگونه صورت می‌گیرد؟ از بررسی آثار وی به عنوان نتیجه‌گیری بحث به دست می‌آید که ملاصدرا با نگرش هستی‌شناسانه خود، نفس انسان را منشأ اخلاق می‌داند و تلقی وجودشناسانه او از جهان و انسان نشان‌دهنده دستاوردهای متمایز اخلاقی اوست. او زمین خاکی را مبدأ پیدایش نفس انسانی می‌داند که از مرتبه جمادی به نباتی و سپس به مرحله نفس حیوانی می‌رسد. بنابراین، بر اساس مبنای جسمانیه‌الحدوث و روحانیه‌البقاء بودن نفس، عوامل جغرافیایی بر اخلاق انسان مؤثر هستند. در دیدگاه او، تأثیر محیط بر اخلاق از طریق رابطه نفس و بدن و تحول‌پذیری نفس از بدن تبیین می‌شود. https://orj.sru.ac.ir/article_2386_f73fef8ac12f451a426da83e56a139bd.pdf
